My name is Sarah Dutchburn, I am a student at Ryerson University in the Early Childhood Education Program. I have always been interested in the development of children, how they learn and what they take away from their learning experiences.

 

I come from a family of four: Mother, Father, Brother, and Myself. I believe that my family is a major influence as to why I am interested in the development of children as they provided me with the opportunity to constantly be engaged in education and always wanting to learn new things, whether that be a sport or education. Due to the fact that I am always wanting to learn new things I think that we need more people to want to deliver that knowledge to children and their interests, which is why having high quality ECE's is essential.
